10 Ways to Make Yourself Feel Pretty on an Off Day

1. Put on some lipstick. Wash your face and put on your favorite makeup. Either use a your go to shades if you are use to wearing lipstick or take a risk on a new bold color. You’ll feel gorgeous in no time!
2. Go workout. Seriously.. Working out gives you endorphins, endorphins make you happy and feel confident, when you’re happy it’s hard to be a bum on a log.
3. Wear some heels. You know your ass and legs deserve to look even better in your prettiest shoes. Better yet, go get yourself a new pair! Retail therapy never hurt anyone!
4. Call your best friend, boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife, mom/dad. They should always make you feel better about yourself. Try to talk about some wonderful past times instead of complaining about stressors in your life.
5. Go drink some fancy coffee or a cocktail. None of that black-out-of-the-pot stuff, go get the fanciest latte on the menu and read a book or treat yourself to the newest alcoholic beverage on the menu. Doesn’t that just sound sophisticated?
6. Go Get your nails did!. I literally feel 100% more put together with my life when my nails look good. I don’t know why, but something about it just makes me feel better.
7. Eat healthy! When you eat healthy, your skin, hair, body, and mind will thank you. You will have more energy and radiate awesomeness!
8. Go through all your favorite pictures. I am a picture freak! Pictures where you feel your best, and pictures that have your favorite people and memories always but you in a better mood. These pictures can even motivate you to get up and get moving!
9. Wash your hair. Seriously. I know this sounds weird but on days where I feel gross because I’m having a bad hair day, the best thing I can do is wash it and style it.
10. Laugh! Sounds simple. But laughing at my favorite shows, movies, or people is the best. Whoever said laughter is the best medicine knew what was up.
